Ariadni “Ari” Pereira is the Co-Founder of Olympian Meeting, a wellness-first event strategy and management company focused on creating healthier, more human-centered meeting and event experiences.

With more than two decades in the meetings and events industry, Ari has led corporate meetings, conferences, trade shows, and live experiences across the U.S. and internationally. Her work with Event Marketing Authority (EMA), the parent company of Olympian Meeting, has centered on strategic event management, trade shows, and helping organizations better understand and measure the impact of their events.

A Harvard Medical School–trained Lifestyle & Wellness Coach, Ari now brings together her extensive event management background and wellbeing expertise to help organizations rethink how people gather, connect, and perform at events.
